A former semi-professional rugby player and seasoned business leader, Javier Pino brings over 20 years of experience managing technical and commercial teams. His expertise in operations and logistics guarantees that every Off the Groove trip runs seamlessly. Having grown up in Spain, Javier adds a local’s eye to the details that make each experience stand out—from competition with top clubs to cultural encounters that leave a lasting impact.
